In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "shaspin" refers to the online gaming platform operating at shaspin.net, including all associated services, products, and features accessible through the platform.

Age Verification Process: shaspin enforces age verification through CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) document upload during the KYC process. Players are required to submit a clear image of the front and back of their CNIC. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a person aged 21 or above will be suspended, and any real-money balance present at the time of suspension will be returned to the verified payment source after deduction of any applicable bonus funds.

Each eligible individual may register one account only on the shaspin platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your shaspin account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your date of birth
• Your Pakistani mobile number (used for OTP verification)
• A valid email address
• Your city and province of residence

You agree to notify shaspin support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

shaspin reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time, including but not limited to proof of address, source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence where required by the platform's licence obligations.

All shaspin account balances are held and transacted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the shaspin cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• shaspin does not charge platform-side fees for standard deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Each promotion is available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the shaspin platform:

• All bets placed on shaspin are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless the relevant market is subsequently voided by shaspin in accordance with its sportsbook rules.

Where shaspin determines that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, the platform may, at its sole discretion: void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct; forfeit all or part of the Player's balance; suspend or permanently close the account; and/or report the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

All content on the shaspin platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, promotional materials, and text — is the exclusive property of shaspin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the shaspin platform solely for the purpose of lawful personal gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond shaspin's reasonable control
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits shaspin's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

shaspin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible free of charge to every registered Player from within their account settings:

shaspin-Initiated Suspension or Closure: shaspin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, where:

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held in escrow during the investigation period. If the investigation resolves in the Player's favour, the balance will be released. If misconduct is confirmed, shaspin may forfeit the balance in accordance with the applicable breach provisions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under shaspin's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the shaspin platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the following staged process:

3. Stage 3 — Licensing Authority: If the dispute remains unresolved after Stage 2, you may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by shaspin's international gaming licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
